What will happen to all active Global Home Warranty policies?
All of the active contracts will continue to be serviced for issues and claims until expired. No renewals will be offered, and new contracts will not be accepted beyond November 8, 2024.
What if I have an active listing agreement that includes an offer of a Global Home Warranty policy, if that listing closes after November 8 – how do I order the Home Warranty? The Home Warranty should be placed with a new home warranty provider.
What if Agents, Brokers and or Buyers/Sellers need support with existing orders, existing policies, and claims?
